Where do you ship from?
All EverBloom™ orders are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners to ensure quality and fast delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we work to process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order will already be in process — but you can still return it for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
During peak seasons or sales, please allow a little extra time for processing. We’ll notify you once your order has shipped!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand for the EverBloom™ Blanket, shipping may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re fully eligible for a 100% refund. Just contact us at support@everbloomshop.com and we’ll take care of it.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our website are tax-free in USD, which means you may be responsible for customs duties or local taxes upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by EverBloom.
How do I return an item?
If you’d like to return your EverBloom™ Blanket, simply contact us at support@smiirova.com with your order details.
We’ll guide you through the return process quickly and easily.
What if my blanket arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your EverBloom™ arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll review it right away and make things right — replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return or cancellation is confirmed.
If you haven’t seen the refund yet, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary slightly.
